"Sista sitez" ≠ global B4S3Z[edit]

Hey! I work in digital communications at GE Global Research and I wanted to clarify the statement about the global locations being "sister sites". The organization is actually run with Niskayuna, NY being the global headquarters with locations in Bangalore, Shanghai, and Munich. The global locations are not sister sites but are very much global bases of the same GE Global Research entity.

As well, I wanted to add that a great link for interested parties is www.edisonsdesk.com. Edison's Desk is the blog written by GE scientists.— Preceding unsigned comment added by KatelynBuress (talkcontribs) 18:52, 8 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

GE Research has apparently been split into GE Aerospace Research and GE Vernova Advanced Research[edit]

I found a site for GE Vernova Advanced Research at https://www.gevernova.com/research . Should this article be reverted to GE Research and new articles be made for GE Aerospace Research and GE Vernova Advanced Research, or did I misinterpret things? As GE Aerospace is the de facto successor of the original GE, I think that makes GE Aerospace Research the technical successor of GE Research, no? As for GE Vernova Advanced Research, it's still a very young company, so it probably doesn't merit more than a section or paragraph on GE Vernova (and no more than a sentence or two on GE Aerospace Research).
