Per WP:BOLD, I intend to move the draft back to the article namespace very soon, as the initial concern that the article relied "largely or entirely on a single source" has been addressed. I have added several references showing that these court decisions are notable. One reference (Holtz and Vial 2008) even refers to these decisions as "famous", see quote ("... its famous Second Medical Indication Decision, G 5/83 of December 5, 1984 ..."). A Google Scholar search with the terms ""G 5/83" "enlarged board"" returns 118 hits.[1] --Edcolins (talk) 21:59, 28 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
