Ranger School deaths[edit]

It's funny, I was just thinking this past weekend that I should included that in this article. Before, I had debated including it since, like I said, he apparently suffered no blowback from the incident and it didn't affect his natural career progression in any way, but it is well documented and a notable event in his career history, so thanks for including it first. I also corrected some facts, included citations, and reworded some phrases that might be seen as POV. If you disagree, or have additional info, please say so! --ScreaminEagle 22:29, 24 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

--Thanks for improving the short information I added. Your clarification was well-written and documented. 75.3.86.104 02:56, 25 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Well, thank you. I'm glad you didn't mind--some people might have been offended, but I tried to keep as much of your original prose as possible. It was an excellent contribution.
On that same note, I was thinking that if you enjoy editing or writing military articles here on Wikipedia, it might be good for all if you decided to join the ranks of the Military History WikiProject (you can follow the link inside the project box at the top of the page here). You'd have to think up a Wikipedia identity/name for yourself first, but when you finally decide to take that step, we would love to have you. We're always looking for people even vaguely interested in any military, current or past, to contribute to making the articles better and adding articles where there is a need. You can contribute as little or as much as you like and you can also sign up to be on any number of smaller task forces within the Project (e.g., I'm a member of the US military task force and the German military task force, although that last one I'm not as involved in lately). Considering your brief yet effective edits thusfar, I would think you would be a great asset to the Project, if you're willing. Give it some thought, eh? Again, thanks for the great contribution and I hope to see you around some more. --ScreaminEagle 16:32, 25 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
