workings[edit]
It operates by a pendulum that pushes up a bar that is preventing the wheel from spining, but just long enough so the gear will move one tooth before the bar it put down again and stops the gear from spining. This should be added into the article. Jasonxu98 (talk) 22:51, 7 February 2010 (UTC)
Lamp in Pisa Cathedral[edit]
