Gambro Prisma fatalities[edit]

Does anyone know how this world-famous company created software for Gambro Prisma that led to a number of deaths[citation needed]? 217.144.100.18 (talk) 11:58, 28 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Firstly, this Talk page is to suggest improvements to the article, not for general conversation or speculation about the topic.
Secondly, any serious claims/accusations/allegations should be supported with trustworthy evidence. That even applies on the Talk page, if the claims are not very widely known (e.g. accusations against Harvey Weinstein are so well-known that in unrelated Talk pages — like here — it can be assumed that readers would know about them already).
Finally, if there have been claims aired in reputable sources, then you can be bold and add the material to the article yourself, including full citation of those sources.
