Fair use rationale for Image:Rick GardenParty.jpg[edit]

Image:Rick GardenParty.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Compilation Album With The Same Name?[edit]

I have a Rick Nelson Album by this same name on cassette tape, but it seems to be a different album from the one this article refers to. The album I have, although it has the exact same title, has a completely different track listing, with many songs that do not even appear on the one described here. In fact, it seems to be some sort of compilation album, as there is a small note printed on the back reading "This cassette contains previously released material". I got it from a book sale at my local library a just a few weeks ago, so I'm not sure, but as far as I can tell it was released in 1987 by MCA Records. The track listing is: 1. Garden Party 2. Fools Rush In 3. That's All She Wrote 4. She Belongs to Me 5. A Happy Guy 6. I'm Called Lonely 7. There's Nothing I Can Say 8. The Very Thought of You. The cover is the "1966 promotional picture" of Nelson shown in the "Rick Nelson" Wikipedia article. If someone wants to do a little research and maybe include a section in this article about that album, that would be great.104.12.60.211 (talk) 22:26, 23 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I just took another look at the cassette today and noticed something I overlooked that might help anyone looking into this. The album seems to be part of some sort of collection from MCA called "MCA Special Products".104.12.60.211 (talk) 17:45, 24 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
