The tag was put on this article less than 5 minutes - before I could even finish the third edit. This hastidly added tag is not warranted as Dr. Burtless has published 11 books, numerous articles and there are 2,350 google hits for "Gary T Burtless" & 25,200 for "Gary Burtless."
