Merge with Peak gas?[edit]

Why not merge this article with Peak gas? I don't see any difference in the subject matter. Plazak (talk) 18:08, 21 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

No. Peak is when the production peaks, depletion is when the resource runs out. There is a significant difference. This is important because of many nay sayers don't understand the difference between the two. All Hubbert Peak articles have a corresponding depletion article. Impossible[edit]

Organic matter otherwise known as feces ,produces methane constantly. We can not run out of GAS until we run out of shit. http://www.epa.gov/outreach/reports/05-manure.pdf Mark v1.0 (talk) 14:46, 15 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

  • "fossil gas" has to be placed in the title, not just "gas".--Mark v1.0 (talk) 15:13, 15 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
