Treatment paragraph[edit]

The whole of paragraph 1 under technique is uncited. In addition the final sentence doesn't make sense in the context of the rest of the paragraph, "The person must be put to sleep for a period of time during the operation due to its high risk of shock and hyponatremia", this sentence contradicts the previous sentence that implies that the patient is normally awake during the procedure.
