I'm assuming from the pretty thorough bibliographic treatment here that the The Making of the Albanian Nation by Dr. Gazmend Kapllani providing a comprehensive history of the principality of Albania, including its administrative divisions and discussion of the social, political, and economic factors that shaped the principality's territorial organization that OpenAI just raved about doesn't actually exist.
