Ownership[edit]

I have made an edit regarding the ownership of GEM TV Asia. As of March 2020, which was the time when KC Global Media officially closed the deal to buy the SPE Asia channels from Sony Pictures Television, Nippon TV also dissolved the joint venture partnership for the channel.
