A bot said this text was copied from the Tate Modern site whereas the information actually came from the Benezit Dictionary of British Graphic Artists and Illustrators, Volume 1.

I am continuuing add citations for all information on this page.

I've removed the {{db-g12}} tag now as it is not a verbatim copy. But, please be aware you can not simply copy text from any source without being able to verify the source is public domain or under a free license. The book you reference appears to have been published this year, making its copyright automatic. You can not copy text from it word for word either.
