Under construction[edit]

I will be working heavily on this article over the next few weeks, as it is currently a mere copy of the geography section from the Oklahoma article. I plan to model it roughly after Geography of Texas, making a physical geography section with subheadings for the major geographical regions of the state, which will be based on the what the USGS calls "level 3 ecoregions" (in other words, distinct but specific ecological areas). There are 11 of these, but Eastern Oklahoma has 5 or 6 small and somewhat similar regions, which I plan to combine under a single headline. I also plan a stand-alone climate section and may add a geology section at some point. Anyone can feel free to help out as I will probably begin some major editing within a week or two. Eco regions[edit]

I was thinking about adding an ecoregion section to this article (Oklahoma has more ecoregions than most states) and wanted some opinions on whether that would be an improvement, or if we think it's better without. Lovtel (talk) 04:07, 24 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
