2002 fire strike[edit]

There was a fundamental error in this article, that's now been corrected. Bain's report was announced before the strike. The strike was because of the report, the report was not commissioned as a result of the strike, or threat of strike action. Bain's report took three months - announced Sep 2002, published Dec 2002, so there were parallel processes happening. The first strike was Nov 2002 hence the possible confusion Escaper7 14:55, 18 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
