Untitled[edit]

'In 1886, at the invitation of the Australian government' In 1886 there was no such thing as an Australian government as the country did not exist. I'm assuming the reference should be to the Victorian and South Australian colonial governments. Mustard Pot 00:20, 8 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Ben Chaffey[edit]

Why there is a special section about him in his father's article? Either he is mentioned in a short sentence here, or he should have a separate article. אביהו (talk) 10:05, 18 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Agreed. I separated his section out to its own article Ben Chaffey. It can live or die on its own merits, but he gets a lot of newspaper coverage in his time so I think he's notable. Kerry (talk) 04:43, 21 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
