Photo is ordered from the Library and Archives Canada. It should take six to ten weeks to process. I don't know what will be the right licence to upload it, but I have some weeks to figure that out (Library page with photo-details). Night of the Big Wind (talk) 15:22, 12 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Requires Significant Work[edit]

The section on Falaise requires significant work. It does not incorporate key works in the field most notably John English's work on Canadian high command in Normandy and Terry Copp's operational analysis. There is no objective standard to say that the division performed poorly. Worse still, there's nothing on Kitching's refusal to support 1 Polish Armoured Division during the battle, which was the stated reason that Simonds sacked him. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Greenmarker2021 (talkcontribs) 12:57, 9 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
