Is this formally first past the post? Or is it party list proportional representation with lists made up of a single candidate, with the same effect?--Rumping (talk) 08:48, 11 May 2009 (UTC) I think you're right. It could be classes as the Alternative Vote system but if the voters have more than one vote, it's not FPTP.[reply]
