Theroadislong I would suspect, because the AfC process is impossible for a new users and the requested articles is a black hole. Getting anyone's attention just to create the initial page is close to impossible for people.—አቤል ዳዊት^?(Janweh64) (talk) 22:09, 22 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@Theroadislong: Thank for your time. The trail is specifically a "scenic byway" and as the additional sentences and description explain Caballo Lake and Caballo Mountains are along the route. The photo was taken from the road very near it as I try to demonstrate in this google street view.

You have not made your decision clear on adding the towns along the byway as shown in add new descriptions. Stopping short of responding to that request will cause other editors to ignore this request. Janweh64, I am closing this request as declined because of the 'not done' tick marks for submitted proposals and now the drafts (one and two) are deleted.
