OK a very favorite song of mine, but this candidate is not even close to being ready. Pretty disappointed to see that basic GA qualities are not taken care off. I'm quick failing this article for the following reasons listed below.

In total there are 48 errors for whitespacing, non-breaking spaces, all-caps, heading style etc.
The lead in no way conforms to WP:LEAD. I get it that you used summary, but this is just one line addition of every section. It needs to flow better
A whole promotion section without any references for the latter part.
WP:QUOTEFARM in the critical reception section
Critical reception with fellow musician commentary failing WP:NOTABILITY
The song broke records with the highest number of plays of any song in a single day on music streaming application Spotify --> Commentary like these belong to the chart performance
The chart performance section is just "sooooo" confusing. It is not discernible which chart where it peaked. Case in point "By the week ending 25 May,[60] the song had reached the No. 2 position and its peak position of No. 1 was eventually reached during the week ending 1 June 2013 remaining on top for 13 weeks"
Many of the cover versions are completely non-notable and without any references for some of them I see.

Basically the references need thorough update and this is not something I can just poin-point and say. This needs extensive care and modifications. I'm afraid the timelimit of seven days is not enough for the nominator to turn this article around. Its disheartening to see that you had to wait so long for this article to be reviewed, only to be failed. And I can see from the edit history that after the nomination happened, hardly anything was done to maintain the article.
