Dual gauge?[edit]

The image shows dual gauge. To which railway does the standard gauge track belong? Peter Horn User talk 23:11, 20 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Chris j wood: Do you perhaps know? Peter Horn User talk 23:21, 20 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Found it. It belongs to the Zürich S-Bahn Peter Horn User talk 00:02, 21 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Peter Horn: Pretty sure that there is *no* mixed gauge track on the Stadtbahn Glattal. Also I cannot see any sign of mixed gauge track in the image that you have annotated the caption for. Are you sure you havn't just mistaken part of the flyover structure for a third rail?. -- chris_j_wood (talk) 09:25, 21 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Although it isn't my photograph, I do recognise the location. It is taken from the platform of the elevated Zentrum Glatt stop, looking north on the light rail flyover that carries the Stadtbahn over (amongst other things) the Zürich S-Bahn (here). It would make no geographical sense to have S-Bahn tracks on the viaduct as well as under, and I seriously doubt that it would carry the weight of an S-Bahn train. -- chris_j_wood (talk) 10:11, 21 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Chris j wood: You are right, I misread the image. Peter Horn User talk 12:02, 21 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
