Wittenmyer et al. (2013)[edit]

Wittenmyer et al. (2013) demonstrates that an eccentric planet can be modelled as two low-eccentricity planets (this is in fact a known degeneracy). Nevertheless these orbital solutions are not widely-accepted and are misleading to the general reader.
