Scope[edit]

Do things like "truck" really belong here? Category:Car body styles is somewhat large... add in Category:Auto parts and Category:Automotive technologies (and all the perma-stub dicdefs that have been deleted or haven't been entered yet), and this page will be really really large. --Interiot 15:21, 5 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Needs some implementation of redirect. Also there's been some information degradation.[edit]

The topic and terminology needs an appropriate redirect. There also appears to be some degree of loss or degradation of available information with some changes. (Trucks are related to cars as civil passenger vehicles, and design implementation and theory crosses over. It is doubtful Detroit, California, Milan, make them that exclusive in applied practices and design theory.) Is there a way to provide a clear index method/glossary summation of all such related terms? Sometimes it's good to find everything in one spot with comprehensive cross reference, and I don't believe a dictonary does that. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 71.194.160.54 (talk) 07:05, 15 December 2006 (UTC).[reply]
