section "Critical Responses" is all praise[edit]

Surely this isn't the case. For instance, this review describes the book as "self-congratulatory" and "a rambling rah-rah for his company's operating philosophy" that "comes across as a book-length advertisement for Koch Industries' products, and for himself as a businessman."
