i feel that this article should stay and not be deleted is because Goten does not have his own article while he is one of the most important Character's in Dragonball Z/GT, while characters like krillin have their own article and Goten has one of the Biggest fan bases in Dragonball Z/Gt, and i feel the should come find their information on goten in this article. thank you

Trunks may have real world notability (and he is still not save from merging, that will be discussed in a month's time). Goten has none. Its already been explained. Characters with real-world notability, shown by significant coverage in reliable sources, have their own articles. The rest don't. Goten was found to not have any real world notability and his article was merged per consensus to the character list. You don't get to just keep recreating the article under another name because you like the character or disagree. We work by consensus, not your personal preferences. Krillin has his own article as consensus agreed his article would be given another month to establish notability. After which, it will also likely be merged. Ditto Piccolo. Also, the main/minor divisions are not very valid and are fairly subjectve, so they will likely be changed soon. This duplicate article has no place here period. well characters like Goku do not have real world notibilaty, ditto vegeta, gohan and all the characters of dbz yet i see articles for each of them, please explain as to why. Goku does have real world notability, as is seen in his article by significant coverage in reliable sources. Vegeta is highly likely to. You can NOT establish an article for Goten, period. He had an article. It was merged. You don't get to create a new article when there already was an article and consensus said to merge it. This is not allowed. And real world notability is established by significant coverage in third-party, reliable sources (i.e, not fansites). None was established for Goten by multiple experienced editors searching for weeks. There is no notability for him. He was merged. No, he does not have real world notability and no, you will not get a month's time to have a duplicate article up. He HAS an article. It was merged. If, after a month, you somehow managed to actually find real world notability, the appropriate action would be to start a discussion at the character list, with your evidence, to discuss splitting the character back out. Creating a second article is not appropriate, period. No, we don't create an article as he already has one. If he is split out, his original article would be restored. And how can you claim Goten has real world notability when you still don't seem to even understand what it is? Encyclopedia's do not just include anything and everything just because someone wrote it. We provider VERIFIABLE information from reliable sources, and we do not provide extensive plot summaries and the like.
