Executive branch[edit]

I intend to expand the coverage of the executive or administrative branch of government. I arrived hoping to find a list of cabinet-level departments, and learned that the governor administers the state entirely single-handed. Quite a feat, if you can pull it off.

I will first post a preliminary list of departments here. I have absolutely no objection to anyone more knowledgeable than myself (not hard) publishing a more accurate list of departments, and PLEASE, if you see that I have misstepped, delete any which are incorrect. I came here to be educated.

I realize there are also committees and other agencies. For now I will confine myself to cabinet-level departments. Rags (talk) 00:07, 26 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Peer Review[edit]

I think the information presented in the article is really good! It checks off all of the categories on the peer review checklist. I do think that the executive and legislative branch sections could be expanded more as they tell the reader the very basic information about the topic. While they do get the job done, I feel like more information could be added. Overall great work! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Emilyjcaperton (talkcontribs) 14:01, 2 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Zachs Peer Review[edit]

I would agree completely the information within the article appears to be very good. The section on the governor could be expanded. For example duties of the governor, who the governor appoints, what they do on a daily basis and who serves with them. The listing of the cabinet members seems to be very good. However, maybe some information could be added on what the cabinet members actually do here in Tennessee. — Preceding unsigned comment added by ZachStinnett (talkcontribs) 15:45, 10 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
