Lawsuit[edit]

"The 'Radium Girls' won their lawsuit in 1939, with U.S. Radium ruled responsible for their radium poisoning" – This appears to be a mix up. The US Radium case was settled out of court in 1928. Another similar case was eventually lost by The Radium Dial Company when the Supreme Court decided in 1939 not to hear their appeal. Two sources are cited: The first one got the cases mixed up, the second doesn't mention the latter one or 1939 at all. Hexmaster.se (talk) 11:40, 13 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
