Grad is not town. Grad is hail.[edit]

It’s a mistake to say that the Grad is from “gorod” town. It’s a hail in Russian 2603:7080:4A3D:82AC:3D2E:B2B8:D48A:5651 (talk) 13:55, 30 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, but it also means "town" or "city" in every South Slavic language (from Proto-Slavic gordъ). It can also mean "hail" in these languages, but in that case it is differently accentuated.
