Merger proposal[edit]
The page Graduated driver licensing and Graduated Licensing (Driving) are essentially the same article. The information is duplicated on each page, and the articles should be merged. Greenboxed (talk) 15:12, 10 March 2009 (UTC)
The correct terminology is Graduated driver licensing, as this phrase is used as standard by driver licensing administrators, researchers and in the general community.
