Polytechnic? I got to the TUG page from the Graz page, via the link mentioning Nikola Tesla attending the Polytechnic. But the TUG page doesn't use that word anywhere. The Tesla page even calls it "Austrian Polytechnic" when it links to the TUG page. Was there a name change, and when? I know it was used as late as the end of the 1940s, because my father went to "Graz Polytechnic" and I've seen his diploma-type document using the word although I couldn't easily read the rest of it due to the flowery letters. 69.235.165.79 (talk) 14:48, 15 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I think all things considered, this University is doing itself a disservice not to grant Tesla a degree posthumously. They could generate publicity for the university and avoid the nonsense about him dropping out. I suppose maybe it's better - "Graz Polytechnic, where you don't even have to finish to be an awesome engineer." — Preceding unsigned comment added by Canlawtictoc (talkcontribs) 05:01, 16 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Nice to know the actual name[edit]

In the webpage it's in a foreign language. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 189.74.247.224 (talk) 09:46, 5 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
