Missing Information[edit]

This article does not describe how a grease interceptor works!65.183.128.154 (talk) 17:45, 23 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Name[edit]

"Grease trap" is used far more often and is used in the intro of this article than "grease interceptor". The only info that actually suggests that "grease interceptor" might be a proper term is totally unsourced. --Tangerineduel (talk) 13:11, 2 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I agree. That was immediately jarring to see: introducing the subject with one term and then only mentioning the title of the article as another name for it. Article should be moved to grease trap. 72.200.151.13 (talk) 05:16, 22 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Grease interceptorGrease trap – Most common name. Seems to be used by the majority of professionals (Roto Rooter, e.g.), judging by the top Google results. Grease interceptor is still a perfectly legitimate alternative name, but does not appear to be the most appropriate title for this article on a generic device. Even the article prefers grease trap over interceptor and has done so since its inception. Relisted. Jenks24 (talk) 11:23, 5 August 2014 (UTC) 72.200.151.13 (talk) 07:06, 29 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
