Privately-constructed houses?[edit]

The article states, "The only privately-constructed houses in Greenbelt are ten units on Forestway Road" although this is clearly not the case. Numerous houses within Greenbelt—from Woodland Hills to Lakeside and Greenbriar—were constructed by private cooperatives or developers.
