Retarded Policeman[edit]

There should be something about R.P. on wikipedia. THere are just a few brief mentions. It's had millions of views on youtube. It's viral. Here's a link:

I can't speak to anyone else's reasons for not saying more about it, but my reason so far is that there weren't third-party sources to cite as to the importance. Someone at some point created an article, but it was deleted, IIRC, in which case the basis for deletion will be available there. As it is, Benson himself still is little-enough known that my earlier article did get deleted, so RP will have to settle for "a few mentions" for now. Cosplay conventions[edit]

Certainly Greg got a great deal of youtube viewers attention thanks to his cosplay convention videos - that must be worth mentioning (typically people search to see what wild costumes cosplayers wore and thus incidentally stumble across Benson's channel). Greg was interviewing cosplayers both as himself and (cosplaying - you may say) as his Yeshmin Blachin character (which goes in line with some cosplayer's previously noted qualifications of Greg as "that old guy") - speaking of such qualifications - it's strange how Greg Benson didn't already figure out the idea of going to cosplay conventions cosplaying as the legendary Al Bundy character - even Greg's physical resemblance to Al Bundy is somewhat notable, not to mention his attitude and style. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 178.223.84.221 (talk) 01:00, 26 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
