1st appearance?[edit]

I'd love to see a first appearance, along with a publishing history. Are they 1st edition, 2nd, or 3rd? What adventures do they feature in?

Grimlocks originated in 1E, Fiend Folio, IIRC. Robbstrd 17:42, 4 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Light sensitivity[edit]

I do not see any references about whether or not grimlocks are sensitive to light at http://www.d20srd.org/srd/monsters/grimlock.htm. It is safe to assume that this characteristic has carried over from the second edition to the third one. JarlaxleArtemis 03:26, 17 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

If it carried over, such a sensitivity would have been mentioned. It is not mentioned in the SRD nor in the Monster Manual, therefore it did not carry over. Wikipedia editors rely on their sources, not assumptions.--Robbstrd 21:13, 17 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Maybe someone should check to see if there is any errata?

their blind and have no eyes why would they have any visusal sensativity -...

Grimlock (Dungeons & Dragons)Grimlock — Per Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Grimlock, there seemed to be consensus for a merge over deletion. So I've merged the content of Grimlock into the List of Autobots article. We should now move this page to the base title, as suggested in the AfD. That will necessitate a move of the current Grimlock article to a new title, of course, in order to preserve the attribution history. 75.142.152.104 T 01:48, 13 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

  • Oppose, at least for now. That AfD discussion has not yet been concluded, so a merge was premature as is this nomination. In fact it's very likely that the AfD will end with a concensus to keep. PC78 (talk) 03:15, 13 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose - even if the Transformers article is redirected or deleted, then Grimlock would be better served as a disambiguation page rather than moving this page there. BOZ (talk) 11:27, 13 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose. The Transformer is the primary topic. And this is coming from a gamer! Powers T 19:33, 13 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Note: this discussion has been rendered irrelevant, as Grimlock was a clear keep at AFD. 204.153.84.10 (talk) 19:40, 13 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
