Information about birth is wrong[edit]

Gustave Satter was born in Vienna, christining happened in the Karlskirche (http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wiener_Karlskirche). I've a copy of the birth cerificate to prove it. The date is correct, he was the first child of Johann Nepomuk Satter a physician and his wife Caroline nee Weisshappel. He was the grand-uncle of sir Harry Luke (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harry_Luke). Gustave's Sister Bertha married an editor in Vienna Louis Zamarski. Their daughter Eugenie, also a composer (under her married name Eugenie Luke), married Josef Harry Lukach and become the mother of Sir Harry Luke. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 178.191.151.18 (talk) 17:56, 18 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Death date[edit]

A book "The life and works of Gustav Satter. Biographical sketch in memoriam of the great pianist and composer. Savannah, Georgia, 1879." came out suggesting strongly that he died in Georgia in (by?) 1879. I admit this is not definitive proof he died in 1879 in Georgia, though if someone has read this book (there's a copy @ Newberry Library) - well, still not "definitive evidence" but?
