I do not know who that " (born 24 November 1946) is a Canadian tenor, opera director, composer, and conductor." is but the Guy Belanger who did music for "Gaz Bar Blues" is a much younger harmonica player, who did his first album in 2008, and I'm pretty sure he was not 62 years old.
