Regarding notability.

Going through the notability guidelines, this is what I have found that possible supports the article being here.

"received significant coverage in multiple published[4] secondary sources that are reliable, intellectually independent of each other,[5] and independent of the subject.[6]" - He was on the cover of Genii Magazine in September 1999 and also on the cover of MAGIC Magazine in December 2010. I'm not sure if those publications themselves count as notable, being fairly niche. The LA Times Blog, Variety and the Scotsman have reviews of his stage show, which might have more credibility.

The BBC also had an article mostly focused on copyright and magic, I don't know if that would be considered relevant as its more concerned with his work as an IP lawyer.

The person has received a well-known and significant award or honor, or has been nominated for one several times. - The only one I could find is the 2009 Magician of the Year from the Academy of Magical Arts. Again I suppose it's how you define "well-known" - until I Googled it I couldn't tell you it was real or made up.

The person has made a widely recognized contribution that is part of the enduring historical record in his or her specific field.[8] - A biography says he has contributed tricks to lots of publications, I could only find 2 I could source - one on a DVD boxset and one in a periodical magazine. The box set is much talked about, the magazine doesn't seem to be mentioned many places that aren't selling it. He seems to have been a big influence in reviving the "torn and restored card" effect, although I can't find an actual source that isn't a forum post.

Personally I'm a fan of Guy Hollingworth and definitely think he is notable within the magic community, however even with the successful show he is far from a household name (his Twitter page has him listed primarily as a barrister). I'm new to Wikipedia editing so I'm all for being corrected, but I'd say keep. SporkOfDespair (talk) 15:44, 4 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

If he's had featured articles written on him in both Genii and MAGIC I'd suggest that alone implies his notability. PriceDL (talk) 09:02, 27 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
