Location and circumstances of death?[edit]

The Portugese Wikipedia says he died in Rio. The Phaidon 20th Century Art Book says New York. Does anybody know which is correct? Also, does anybody know the cause of his early death?--DanielRigal 22:40, 22 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Ashes in the museum?[edit]
