• inconsistent punctuation: in the lead "a B-class destroyer built", but in the infobox "B class destroyer" (should the hyphen be used in the infobox also?);
• "The flotilla was reassigned to Home Fleet in September 1936". Should there be a "the" before "Home Fleet"?
• "detonated inside No. 3 boiler room" (should this be "detonated inside the No. 3 boiler room" (emphasis add to highlight suggested change only);

• It is factually accurate and verifiable.

• there is some inconsistency here: "The ship's complement was 134 officers and enlisted men, although it increased to 142 during wartime". But then infobox says: "Complement: 138"

• I'm kind of curious about that myself. My sources don't detail what that involves.

• is there any information on ship's captains? Sometimes sources might provide a little snapshot of the commands, for instance the ship's first captain, or the officer in command when the ship was sunk. No dramas if the sources don't mention it;

• the ship's pennant number is mentioned in the infobox, but not in the prose, I wonder if it should/could be;
