Is the HTC desire the successor of the HTC legend?

The HTC Legend is available already over here in Norway today, March 24th. I guess the release date is for some other country? Evert (talk) 13:37, 24 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I am seeking rather more technical details of this phone[edit]

For example HTC do not quote the focal length (nor does the phone record this info in EXIF data).

The Desire is definitely not the successor to the Legend, they were released at the same time and the Desire is the next model up in the chain (Wildfire < Legend < Desire). There is no successor for this phone as it is still a current model. John Bullchicken (talk) 08:43, 21 August 2010 (UTC)John Bullchicken[reply]

I think the link for "Legend Updates" should be changed to XDA or something (http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=593) as the current link is to a dead forum that only has spambots posting in there by the look of it. John Bullchicken (talk) 23:19, 2 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Is the HTC Legend truly multi-touch as described on the page?[edit]

If you head to the multi-touch page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multi-touch it says that it's "the ability to simultaneously register three or more distinct positions of input touches." The Legend doesn't do this, it merely does pinch to zoom and can manage dual-touch until the points of contact cross — Preceding unsigned comment added by Adi19956 (talkcontribs) 13:58, 20 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
