Why should this be merged with Haar-wavelet ?

Hi. Just came up to read about the subject (I study bioinformatics) and found the article fine (needs some improvement though). As the previous commenter I don't see it appropiate to merge it with Haar-wavelet. Many people, like me, needs more information about the topic and is able to understand this subject, but does not have any idea about what a wavelet is.
