Publishers, writers[edit]

Who published the novels? Was at any time a single publisher with exclusive rights?

Is there a complete list of writers? Did those in our "partial list" of four write dozens of the books?

LC Authorities: Geoffrey Pardoe cites The Trials of Hank Janson (2004), OCLC 59259426:
  • "pp. 303-321 (the appendices list the Hank Janson novels: written mainly by Stephen D. Francis (some with Geoffrey Pardoe), others written by Harry Hobson, Harold Kelly, Victor Norwood, Jim Moffatt, Colin Fraser)‏."
English Wikipedia has no writer pages under any of those names; perhaps Jim Moffat is James Moffat (author). There is a Swedish stub se:Stephen D. Frances. --P64 (talk) 19:40, 23 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, James Moffatt according to SFE [1] and Stewart Home [2] (now one formal ref and one Ext link at James Moffat (author), without mention of Janson there). --P64 (talk) 22:30, 23 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
