Why is there a link to the *German Nobility* page at the bottom of the topic page? Is Mr. von Spakovsky in some way descended from or related to a German noble family? The article seems to lack detail on one of the most notable aspects of the subject, which is the dispute over his nomination by George W. Bush to the Federal Election Commission.
