World Science Database[edit]

Warning! The WSD is a project of the Natural Philosophy Alliance, apparently an association of fringe theorists. They should not be relied upon for scientific statements. Biographical facts are probably ok, I'll let it stand for it now. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Paradoctor (talkcontribs) 15:50, 23 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I did some tweaking on the Academy of Sciences membership statements. He was indeed a member, but he was elected at the age of 62, in 1948, after he had been in parliament for 10 years and an industrialist before that. This means he probably was elected among the quota of people who have done "service to science", rather than for scientific achievements. Therefore, I removed what was said about the Nobel prize, because with that background, he would hardly have been able to exert any influence on the work in the Nobel committees. Swedish source[edit]

The Swedish Wikipedia apparently uses Sveriges dödbok 1947-2006, (Cd-Rom), Sveriges Släktforskarförbund as source, maybe some Swedish speaker can confirm that? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Paradoctor (talkcontribs) 15:54, 23 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This is a standard source (a compilation of death records) for basic biographic data. This type of basic data tend to be reliable on svwiki, when it comes to members of parliament, because it has been systematically added. Tomas e (talk) 23:54, 23 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Relativity, Time and Reality[edit]

I have a copy of the book, in case someone is interested. Paradoctor (talk) 15:56, 23 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
