This article was originally declined due to a lack of secondary sources and notability. I have added more sources to this article from academic papers about the history of the International Woodworkers of America and Pritchett himself. In addition, I would like to note that Pritchett is mentioned in two existing Wikipedia articles, where it is noted that he would benefit from having his own article (IWA and John P. Frey). I believe that this should make this article fit the notability guidelines. Labor history is a traditionally underrepresented field of history, and the public would benefit from more representation of figures like Pritchett on Wikipedia.
