Audrey and Mara[edit]

Please cease the edit warring of the episode count of Audrey and Mara in the article Haven (season 5). The character of Audrey has not yet made an appearance in the live events of the show - flashbacks do not count. Episode 1, See No Evil consisted entirely or Mara. Thank you. AlexTheWhovian (talk) 00:20, 17 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

You are blind. Audrey is going to appear in all episodes. Like it or not she's still inside but Mara is controller her. Did you see the last few minutes of "See No Evil"? that was Audrey who is trying not to shoot Nathan. Why don't you reverse your edits and leave the page as it is. Plus Syfy.com and IMDB listed Audrey Parker not Mara. This is isn't your show. S_hannon434 (talk) 10:53, 20 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
The character of Audrey will not necessarily appear as Audrey, but mostly as Mara. The last few minutes of "See No Evil" consisted of Mara being unable to shoot Nathan due to the presence of Audrey within her, but the character of Audrey didn't make an appearance. This isn't your show either, and this page was semi-protected by another to stop the edit war going on with the count of Audrey and Mara. If you continue to break the 3RR by using an account to get around being unable to edit on an IP, I'll continue to report you. AlexTheWhovian (talk) 15:11, 20 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Audrey was hijacked by Mara when she stopped her from shooting Nathan. When Nathan said I'll always love you Parker, that triggered Audrey's brief appearance. So in order for Audrey to appear, either Nathan or Duke say their feelings for her. Its the same case with the first few episodes.173.65.21.238 (talk) 00:42, 15 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

That was her presence, not the character herself. There's a difference. And technically, it's speculation assuming that it was Audrey. That's the first episode. The rest, Audrey actually appears in, as the character, not the presence. Read the previous discussion before yours - this is explained. AlexTheWhovian (talk) 01:14, 15 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Maybe you don't have a clue about Haven nor you have not seen all the eps.107.72.164.81 (talk) 12:51, 15 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Haven is one of my favourite shows, and I do and have watched each episode as they come out. Rewatch it - you'll find I'm right. AlexTheWhovian (talk) 12:55, 15 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

How about this i ripped from an interview with the showrunners via The Wrap. http://www.thewrap.com/haven-eps-talk-jennifers-fate-daves-visions-and-that-nathan-mara-showdown/

TheWrap: Can we break down that final scene? Mara shoots Nathan and then can’t go through with killing him. What’s going on there? Gabrielle Stanton: We want the audience to be wondering what’s going on there. Mara has been very decisve in speaking to Nathan about how Audrey is gone and dead and there’s no way Audrey can come back out but obviously Nathan doesn’t believe her. We want the audience to be asking, in that moment, why didn’t she finish Nathan off? Is it because she just didn’t want to? Or is there still just enough Audrey inside there that she wasn’t able to pull the trigger? So we want the audience to be wondering, and within the next three episodes we’re going to get a very definitive answer.

Well, it seemed to me to confirm that Audrey was still in there. Are we going to be seeing her emerge more prominently over the next few episodes?
I think it’s safe to say… yes.

Guess they decided to leave it to the audience whether or not it is Audrey.173.65.21.238 (talk) 21:59, 28 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Your 'source' doesn't state whether it was the character of Audrey or the presence of Audrey within the character of Mara. Hence, we'll be sticking to the latter. AlexTheWhovian (talk) 01:17, 29 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

It dosen't matter. They always leave the viewers guessing but everbody knows like Nathan said, Audrey is still in there. No matter what, she is and will always be in all the episodes cause you cant have a season premiere without your lead.173.65.21.238 (talk) 03:11, 29 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Actually, you can have a series without the lead. And for the umpteenth time, it's her presence we're seeing, not the character herself. You IP users see to be unable to get that into your heads. AlexTheWhovian (talk) 03:15, 29 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Its two souls controlling one body. Why are you always against what I'm saying.173.65.21.238 (talk) 03:19, 29 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

And who is the one body? Mara. Not Audrey. Bingo. AlexTheWhovian (talk) 03:31, 29 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed merge with Speak No Evil (Haven)[edit]

Not sure this article is notable. Ack! Ack! Pasta bomb! (talk) 08:14, 19 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

There's a separate article for every episode. Someone will get around to filling it out sooner or later. AlexTheWhovian (talk) 12:54, 19 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The Old Switcheroo[edit]

We should add at the cast section that some of the actors played each other in The Old Switcheroo episodes (i.e Adam Copeland played Gloria and Jayne Eastwood played Dwight) DCF94 (talk) 01:33, 26 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Disagree. The actors still played the bodies of their original characters, and the explanation of the swap is well-explained in the episode summary. AlexTheWhovian (talk) 05:52, 26 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Nope, sorry, I Agree with the original poster. It is the Character that matters, not the body of the actor. The mind and skills of the artists in question, were portraying different characters to their normal regime. They do deserve credit for this, particularly as it was done in ensemble fashion for most of the cast for the entire shooting of one (and a bit) episode(s). I vote Yes. 124.148.164.185 (talk) 10:43, 28 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
You can watch the episode for this information. For the most part, they play their own characters. We don't need an entire addition for this. AlexTheWhovian (talk) 12:20, 28 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Season 5 mid-season premiere date[edit]

There's a date mentioned about season 5 mid-season premiere, citing Facebook, but the page does not have "authorised" mark. Gevorg89 (talk) 15:12, 9 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

If you can find a better source, by all means. It's supported by the general Syfy Haven site. Alex|The|Whovian 16:43, 9 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Season 6[edit]

Even though http://www.showcase.ca/haven calls it season 5, as you can see at https://web.archive.org/web/20160505025524/http://www.rogersondemand.com/OnDemand/Show/haven?lang=en in Canada the second half of season 5 is being presented as 'season 6' numbered 1 to 13 instead of 14-26 by cable distributors. Going to add a note about that. Rogers/Bell did exactly the same thing with the second half of the final season of Lost Girl too. 184.145.18.178 (talk) 18:33, 24 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
