Article does not reflect reality[edit]

The section headed Patient Experience is nothing like my experience of the NHS nor is it anything like the patient experience as related to me by those I know. Essentially much this article is no better than a puff piece - it's as if it were marketing! Paul Beardsell (talk) 12:54, 18 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
