Contested deletion[edit]

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because Henry Greenway (1833-1903) is a significant name in the history of the cross-strung harp. His creations are featured in the Metropolitan Museum and the National Music Museum, Vermillion, South Dakota. --Signed: Basemetal (write to me here) 09:40, 18 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The stated reason by Mediran for nominating this article for speedy deletion namely WP:CSD#A7 is not in fact correct, as the article states plainly what the asserted importance of Henry Greenway is. It seems to me that this editor who nominated this article for speedy deletion meddles into a topic he knows nothing about. Signed: Basemetal (write to me here) 09:56, 18 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
