I don't believe Inverness College is the right one and don't know what the red link be.

I thought that the 1st and 2nd battalions were always regular with the higher-number ones militia or reserve or territorials, depending on the exact time under discussion

I'd misread the list in the Gazette. He was regular, the names above him were militia officers.

I see a lot of moved and travelled. Probably better to use transferred, assigned, etc.
I'd suggest compressing the various battles listed in the infobox to shorten it.
I'd also suggest replacing both the MiDs and the Egyptian order with the KCB, even he didn't live to receive it himself
