Sorting out Henry Willis and Henry Willis and sons[edit]

The two articles with the above title seem to be at odds with their content. Henry Willis, who was the famous founder and builder gets a few lines, yet the company gets a great deal more, but most of it is about Henry Willis. Do we need the two articles? If we do, can we balance the content?
