Fair use rationale for Image:HeroHonda.gif[edit]

Image:HeroHonda.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Criticism section deleted[edit]

You feelings about what others are saying on discussion forums are not verifiable. The posts that anyone can make in a forum are not reliable sources. Please stick to information that comes from reputable, published sources that others can check themselves. Thanks!--Dbratland (talk) 15:08, 8 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Merge Hero Honda Split to this article[edit]

Put simply Hero Honda Split belongs within the history section of this article. It should not be a standalone article. --Biker Biker (talk) 23:48, 9 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, it should be merged with heo motocorp's page. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 182.68.133.73 (talk) 15:53, 1 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, Hero Honda Split merger will be apt. I also think that this article should be moved to a new page 'Hero MotoCorp' and this page should redirect to the new article. PratyushG 06:11, 10 August 2011 (UTC) I notice the moving of article is already done. PratyushG 06:17, 10 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, I moved Hero Honda to Hero MotoCorp, but the proposal here is to merge the content of Hero Honda Split into the main company article as there is no reason to have it separate. --Biker Biker (talk) 06:51, 10 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I support the proposal. There's no reason for a separate article and it's very difficult to give it proper context now. — Brianhe (talk) 09:13, 10 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, this article is merely part of the history of the other company and is not so long or complex as to require a split-out sub article. olderwiser 12:30, 13 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • Merge. There is no reason for a separate article on the split between Hero and Honda. Sincerely, SamBlob (talk) 17:48, 6 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
